10+ years of professional IT experience required 

8 - 10+ years of intensive experience in the Analysis, Design, Implementation and Support of complex BI solutions

Expert level of reporting tools like MicroStrategy

Expert level understanding of relational database concepts, dimensional database concepts and database architecture and design 

Extensive experience with multi-terabyte data warehouses (5TB+)

Experiences with solutions using technologies like DB2, Netezza 

Deep understanding of data warehouse approaches, industry standards and industry best practices 

Strong written communication skills including design documentation, proof of concept and prototype analysis and documentation 

Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle methodologies. Agile (Plus) 

Proficiency with Enterprise Data Modeling/Process Modeling Tools 

Extensive experience architecting OLTP/OLAP databases 

Expert Level of SQL 

Strong ETL design and implementation experience 

Experience with design and implementation or ability to provide technical guidance on end point analytics (Reports and Dashboards) 

Experience with Master Data Management Analysis, Design, Implementation 

Experience with Data Warehouse capacity forecasting and planning 

Experience with Data Warehouse performance monitoring 

Must be highly motivated, a quick learner, to work independently or on a team and drive solutions with minimal supervision 

BS degree in Computer Science preferred
