1. Leverage DBQL for identifying/measuring/reporting of SQL opportunities for optimization.
2. Knowledge of using viewpoint/Teradata manager to identify high impact sessions.
3. Strong knowledge of EXPLAIN.
4. Familiarity with tools that support EXPLAIN plans.
5. SQL tuning experience.
