Job Title	:	Java Developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	3- 5 years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Must Have - Core Java, EJB (Session Bean)/MDB, Unix skill (Solaris/AIX) and Weblogic. Good to Have - Java Message Service(JMS), MQseries Weblogic clustering and Oracle (iBatis/Hibernate and good SQL skill)
Experience Required	:	Must have experience in the above technologies in a challenging technical environment. Must have worked within a team using a formal application development methodology. Good team player. Also experience on working in an Onsite - Offshore model is a must. Understanding of middleware concepts would be very useful.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Role Developer. Responsibilities · Involved with the Application Development team in the development life cycle. · Design understanding & review · Development & System Testing · QA & UAT support Write high quality documentation, perform unit testing and adhere to prescribed software development process Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good interpersonal skills
Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering, Masters preferred
