Job Title: Delivery Manager

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Duration: Long Term

 

Job Description:

Technical:

Should have expertise in large complexed environment covering Oracle Database, E-Biz, IDM ,SOA, Portals, Infrastructure Management such as OS, Storage and Network

Should have expertise in Virtualization environments , having knowledge on VMware is a Plus

Should have Knowledge in Jive / Spring / TC Admin / Informatica / Siebel

Should have expertise in Application / Database high availability and Resilience

 

Management:

Experienced as SDM for the Applications/Databases and Infrastructure engagement for both Production Support and Project Tracks

Should have executed at least 3-4 engagements in Onsite and Offshore Model with proven track record

Conduct Bi-Monthly / Monthly Steering committee meetings with Customer and key stake holders

Conduct RCA Reviews and track thru Sev-1 reduction process

Interaction with the Client Managers on need basis.

Arranging, running, documenting and all follow-up activities relating to Major Problem Reviews.

Driving the efficiency and effectiveness in the engagement model
