Position: JAVA J2EE Tech Lead
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

Relevant Experience (Yrs):

*    6-8 Years of experience as a Senior Developer in JAVA/J2EE.
*    Recommended to have at least 3 years engagement experience with JAVA/J2EE mainframe Technologies as Senior Developer.

Necessary Skills:

*    Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
*    Strong experience in JAVA/J2EE Oracle, Websphere.
*    Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.   
*    Experience in design and development of different solution in tech area.
*    Hands on ownership and responsibility for technical aspects of project delivery and solution
*    Must have experience in project co-ordination in offshore/onsite environment
*    Experience in managing project execution
*    Basic People tools Asset Management knowledge will be essential.

Desired Skills:

*    Having Pharma domain experience will be a great benefit.
*    Additional Experience in MainFrame technologies will be great advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*    This role will act as the Senior Java Developer,
*    Collaborating with the TCS Lead and team members to manage day to day deliverables and work products. 
*    Issue resolution with the TCS Lead/Project Manager, to ensure the project moves forward without delay.
*    Provide Technical help in doing the SR, Incidents and RFC's and Minor enhancements in JAVA/J2EE/People tools area-Asset Management..
*    Provide Technical guidance/help to Internal Team members to understand and learn Mainframe.
*    Should be a very good Team worker.
*    Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis

Generic Managerial Skills:

*    Able to plan/track tasks/activities
*    Report progress/challenges to Project Manager

Education:

*    Graduate/Post Graduate
