Duration:-12 months +

Mandatory skills: -1. At least 8 years of experience architecting
complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom
applications

2. 8 years of experience in designing dimensional database schema,
manipulating data using ETL tools and creating analytical reports,

3. 3 years of hands on experience as a Jasper/iReports or equivalent
reporting platform

4. Report developer or Architect and full life cycle development of
report writing projects from requirements to prod deployment.

5. Extensive experience in designing Jasper/iReports or equivalent
reports or equivalent development frameworks

6. Ability to troubleshoot, debug and performance tune Jasper or
equivalent reports 2 years experience working with Oracle SQL
Databases is required Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and
Web Service development

6. Strong expertise with relational databases preferably Oracle and
SQL performance tuning;

7. Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);

8. Ability to plan technical architecture and develop documentation;

9. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;

10. Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques

Desirable skills:- 1. Experience working with Criminal Justice Agencies
