Quality Assurance Analyst

Role: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Length: Longterm

Interview type: Face to Face after phone screen

Responsibilities:

·         Develop, as necessary, test case scenarios for the various functionalities,

·         Develop, as necessary, test scripts, both automated and manual,

·         Execute test scripts,

·         Analyze the test results and providing feedback to the Director of the Project Management Office,

·         Track issues identified during testing using the process and tools approved by the MTRS,  

·         Conduct regression testing as well as re-testing the bug fixes,

·         Assist in testing all aspects of the application as deemed necessary by the Director of the Project Management Office,

·         Participate in the daily QA meetings,

·         Utilize the tools and tracking mechanisms that have been implemented and approved by the Director of the Project Management Office in order to monitor project progress,

·         Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of the Project Management Office,

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's Degree

·         2-3 years experience testing Vitech's V3 pension administration solution

·         3-5 years quality assurance experience

·         Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences

·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment
