Our Client is seeking a talented and tenured Sr. Program Manager in the e-commerce vertical. The selected resource will be a techno/functional resource possessing hands-on technical experience to work with a 15 person engineering team and also engage with other teams in an effort to oversee their Order Management system.
This particular order management system is a proprietary custom application suite for our clients online and e-commerce ordering management system used by their clients when placing and managing orders. Ideally our client is seeking a candidate who has prior working history with other Order Management systems that are custom designed as this is not an tier 1 or 2 ERP system. However prior experience with ERP systems will assist in the selection process.
To emphasis our client is not seeking a Project Manager to manage employees or to perform project planning. This role is more of a Techno/Functional Program Manager to assist in the hands on over-seeing of the current Order Management system and be involved in make necessary changes, enhancements, debugging, and fixes.
Skill Set:
Custom Designed/Proprietary order management System experience required
Knowledge of Java
Secondary Skill Set:

· Advise on best practices for maintaining Oracle EPM Fusion Edition 11.1.2.1
· Provide guidelines for infrastructure configuration based on best practices to set up the environment securely with web, application and database tiers
· Perform extensive research and troubleshooting of issues
· Hands on experience with installation, upgrade, configuration and tuning of the Oracle Hyperion EPM suite version 11.1.2.1
· Experience using FDM for building interfaces to external systems
· Capable of researching and troubleshooting for various components of the EPM suite.
· Complete understanding of the integration between Essbase, Planning, Financial Reporting. Web Analysis, Interactive Reporting, Calculation Manager.
· Configuration of Essbase Studio, Smart View, Essbase Administration Server.
· Experience with upgrading EPM System 9 to version 11.1.1.3 with acceptable knowledge on 11.1.2.1
· EPM backup and recovery concepts.
· Best practices on Weblogic installation and configuration.
· Strong skill set on Oracle RDBMS and Essbase, especially for troubleshooting and tuning.
· Patch application in Hyperion environment.
· Performance tuning of jvm.
· Strong documentation and communication skills.
· Work with/Mentor Business User Administrator and End Users
· Work closely with system administrators, DBAs and release manager to provide status and updates
