Job Description:
Needs someone to create TFS reports from scratch.
That requires strong SQL and MDX experience.  Lots of people can modify reports.  It's much harder to create from scratch.
TFS Reporting person to come in for 6 months and work with the CM team to create reports.  
Need someone that can take a list of reports that need to be created and go on day 1;
 therefore, they will need to understand TFS and Reporting Services of TFS (from top to bottom).

Experience building n-tier Internet applications in Ruby on Rails preferred, although experience in Java, Smalltalk, Objective-C or other OO languages utilizing an MVC pattern in conjunction with an ORM such as Hibernate and with an interest in building Rails applications is still desirable.

Experience and knowledge in building business management applications.

Experience with RSpec or other behavioral/test driven design tools.
