Technical Skills:-
• Minimum of 7 to 8 years experience with Web Sphere Administration
• 2-4 years of experience in Environment Support, Maintenance & Troubleshooting in J2EE environment
• Experience in different Application Servers, Web Servers & Operating Systems.
• Application Server: Web Sphere Application Server (Configuration/Management/Security)
• Operating System: UNIX, Windows, AIX, Linux
• Scripting Tools: UNIX Shell scripting
• Other Apps: HP Quality Centre / Performance Center
• Troubleshooting: Experience in troubleshooting Performance / Test, Production & Post production defects & issues.
• Test Data: Coordinating Test Data requirements for Performance environments & formulating data load strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Should have experience of working on live environment.
• Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems.
• Experience with creating tools and automate repeatable processes in a Unix Environment.
• Environment Monitoring and Review.
• Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner
• Make follow up calls on outstanding issues to - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
