Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have strong BODS 3.2/BI 4.0/DS 4.0 expert who knows the Data Integrator and Data Quality tool sets.
• Must have strong installation and configuration experience in distributed environment ( Windows and Linux ).
• Should be strong in real time services and batch jobs.
• Should be well versed with ETL concepts and DW applications Development lifecycle.
o The position will interact with the business users to understand the application requirements and interaction with DBA / UNIX / BI team, and define detailed solutions to developing/maintaining the back-end applications.
o Candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle 10g and 11g. Should have excellent written and verbal skills
o Responsible for preparing technical specifications from the business requirements.
o Highly knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts and technologies.
o As part of the design and development process the candidate will need excellent written and verbal skills and should be able to communicate effectively with both end-users and technical development staff (internal and external).
o Should have Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
o Should be able to work independently and responsible for communicating with other IT groups in implementing the releases/applications
