Job Description:

The Sr. Software Developer / SSRS/SSIS Developer will analyze, design, develop, test and implement new application components; and maintain and optimize already deployed Enterprise and 
highly scalable Web applications in an SSRS/SSIS, .Net 3.5, C#, SOA, WCF, SQL Server environment. 

Skills Required:

Interested candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered:-

* Demonstrated experience of 4 or more years in the full life cycle of applications using SSRS/SSIS and C#.
* 5 or more years in positions including applications development and business process reengineering.
* Experience developing highly scalable web applications.
* Experience in the full life cycle of applications using .Net, WCF, Web Services, SOA, ESB, Team Foundation Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, BizTalk, and/or Visual Studio 2008 are all 
pluses.
* Knowledge of network infrastructure, security and authentication processes.
* Working experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Expertise in the implementation and management of Privacy and Security Policies.
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Highly self motivated and directed.
* Keen attention to detail, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

Education/Experience: 

* Bachelor's Degree (B. S. or B.A.) from four-year college or university and 5 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Knowledge of tools, techniques and practices for efficient and effective design and support of physical databases.

·         Understand tuning concepts, such as query plan, indexes, and statistics.

·         Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups of activities.  Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation.

• Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Knowledge and ability to use and administer company technology practices, standards and procedures.

·         Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (for example: word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets).

• Knowledge of practices, behaviors, applicable laws, rules and regulations governing proper business conduct.
