Job Title	Tester/Test Analyst– Mainframe
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	3 Years+ of IT
Technical/Functional Skills	·        Understand Mainframes environment – Strong experience in testing mainframe applications required ·        Ability to run mainframe batch jobs / write Rexx programs / understand and modify JCLs as needed ·        Good understanding of DB2 queries / ability to write complex queries ·        Understand testing concepts , working experience in testing projects ·        Mainframe Development background will be desirable
Roles & Responsibilities	·        Gather requirement for test cases ·        Test case writing and execution ·        Provide test environment requirement ·        Defects raise and follow-up ·        Prepare test summary ·        Provide test status
General Managerial Skills	·        Excellent Communication skills (written & oral) Good analytical ability Ability to work in multi cultural team ·        Good Inter personal skills
Education	Bachelor Degree / Masters
