Title: SAP CRM SME
Location: Kansas City
Duration: 1 year plus
| Experience: Possess 5 to 10 years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Involvement in one full SAP CRM implementation lifecycle. Experience shall also include the following: |
| § Experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures. |
| § SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools |
| § Demonstrated understanding of SAP CRM server architecture |
| § Experience working in a Solution Manager environment |
| § Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration points |
| § Experience with SAP CRM analysis, design, and documentation skills |
| § Strong communications skills |
| Education: § Possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. § Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3 § Desire certification in relevant modules of SAP CRM |
