Job Description:	MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum of 8 years experience with designing and writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. Demonstrated experience as a Siebel architect on large scale projects Demonstrated proficiency in creating Siebel solutions Experience integrating Siebel with other applications (such as Content Management Systems, Enterprise Service Bus, ) Experience with Oracle OPA DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience with Oracle Database Real Application Clusters Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Experience with Weblogic Experience with IBM MDM, DataStage, QualityStage Experience with IBM Message Broker, DataPower Experience with IBM Filenet Experience with CA SiteMinder Experience with sftp, ftps Experience in Health and Human Services Domain Experience with Seibel Public Sector suite Experience with NIEM (www.niem.gov) Experience with minimum two large scale implementations (5,000 + users, 10 Mil + overall project budget, overall project team of 30+)
